How many games do you have to play in a season for that season to count against your four years of eligibility? Are the rules different for D1, 2 and 3?

I'm not out of order! You're out of order! The whole freakin' system is out of order! You want the truth? You want the truth?! You can't HANDLE the truth!

Don't believe the rules are different except that beginning this year DIII level players are not allowed to redshirt for non medical reasons. Unless there is a medical issue involved, if you are in for one play during a season, that counts for your year of eligibility. In order to receive a non medical redshirt, the player cannot have participated during any game in the 56 game schedule.
