I just wanted to let all of you know after my son set out as a medical redshirt his soph year that he has had 2 great outings and was named MVC pitcher of the week. It has been a long road after Tommy John surgery and achilles surgery but things are looking up for him. Read story at www.goshockers.com

Congratulations to Pitchermom and her son. We all know how much work it takes to recover from TJ. I completely ruptured my achilles and know what your son went thru to recover. Best of health and luck to him as season moves forward.

That is just wonderful! "Out of the bullpen, he pitched a perfect four innings ... At one point, he struck out five in a row ... So far this season, Booth has 12 strikeouts in eight innings pitched, and has allowed no runs off two hits."
