Congratulations to Moc1!!!!!!! His son, Tucker, was named Valley League Pitcher of the Week, pitching a 9 inning 12 K complete game, then a 7 1/3 inning 14K gem. ERA for the week was 1.52, opponents hitting .196 against him.

I saw both games-masterful is the word. He throws 4 pitches for strikes and works quickly.

Very impressive.

Moc1

Great news, sounds like both boys are doing very well this summer. Congrats to Tucker.

My son faced Ty as a closer Friday night in Winter Park and said "he threw ched".

Hope I get the chance to say hello sometime this summer.

Thanks guys, gals. Appreciate the kind words. He's now the strikeout artist in the family Big Grin.

UNF coach called him yesterday and asked him how he was doing so well. Tucker said "just throwing strikes", but he wanted to say "The coaches are letting the catchers call ALL the pitches." Isn't it amazing that a catcher that has never caught Tucker before and never seen the opposing hitters is able to call such a good game. Tucker said he didn't shake off one pitch. Gives a lot of credit to Garrett Maines C from U of Tampa.

JME-Your son Joe is huge, glad he didn't park one against Ty. Will look for you next game.
