I have a friend who is going into his sophomore year at a local community college. He plans on trying out for the team there and his work ethic is amazing. My question is what can he be doing to be pro-active with his future career as far as after finishing at his 2 year school.

Let your Friend know that he should start to contact potential 4 year schools now, so they can plan for him next year. Hopefully he has a story for them, whether how he did last season, over the summer, or at high school.

He should target the appropriate level of play.
