I'm helping a coach from WV(who is the chairman) put together a list of top players in Maryland, DC., and Delaware. It can be any grade or classification. This list, when it becomes final will cover the states of VA,WV, MD, DC,DE, NJ, and PA. It will be published in the BCA and ABCA newsletters. The BPA list is a start, but incomplete. Only players that have played in their tournaments are listed. Plus, their Pre-season MIAA A poll lists Calvert Hall coming in 3rd place, ludicrous even for a pre-season poll. They are not even ranked for any of their area polls. They are 26-0. No updates have ever been listed for rankings.
Like any rankings or evaluations, everything is in the eye of the beholder.
