Landstown 8 Kempsville 2

The Chiefs put two on the board in the first and in a hurry. A leadoff walk; a triple and a base hit accounted for the scoring.

Landstown would get one back in the bottom half with a two-out rbi single from Cameron Day; he wasn't done.

Landstown would pick up two more on Kyle Lawhorn's
2 RBI triple; giving Landstown a 3-2 lead.

Cameron Day would clear a bases loaded situation with a double giving him 4 rbi's on the day. Landstown 6-2.

Cameron Butler would close out the scoring with a 2 rbi double in the 6th. Landstown 8-2.

After a rough first, Cameron Butler settled down
without allowing another run. Kempsville would however put up a couple scoring threats.
