Way to go guys! Excellent job this weekend winning the 18U and 16U tournaments at the Father's Day Challenge. Good luck in future tournaments and we'll see you next year.

"Practice."-Tiger Woods when asked what he would do after failing to make the cut at the U.S. Open.

"When nothing seems to help, I go and look at a stone-cutter hammering away at his rock perhaps 100 times without as much as a crack showing. Yet at the 101st blow, it will split in two, and I know it was not that blow that did it, but all that had gone before."

AAU I guess. The tournament was through Triple Crown Sports.

Thank you mtownfan. I guess we're independent. The patriots is a showcase baseball program started a few years ago with 18 kids. The teams are made up of talented good attitude high school players from N Va area with an interest to play quality ball after the school season.

smagic,
I was running the 16U tournament and you guys are good. I agree your players have great attitudes. I was really impressed with Piccirilli(sorry sp) and his ability to get it done behind the plate, on the mound, and with the bat. Good luck the rest of the season.

Thank you, they did play very well and they deserve all the credit. You guys ran a nice event even though you might have been slightly short handed with field help, and we would not have a problem returning any time. Pat your staff or help & the umpires we had on both fields on the back for me too. See ya as we're off to Penn st
