After a long fall of strange weather, the championship game of the Rappahannock Fall Baseball League will be played Sunday, November 8th at 3:00 pm over at Mountain View High School in Stafford. The two teams in the final are Brooke Point and Stafford 1. Come on out and see what should be some great fall baseball.

Should be a great game! I heard Brooke Point is deep with pitching this year. If Evan Houde on the mound
tomorrow, BP wll be hard to beat. Never underestimate Stafford though as they have alot of strengths as well.
Hope I can be there to see this game tomorrow. Weather is supposed to be perfect.

Congrats to Brooke Point on winning the RFBL with a 4-3 victory over a tough Stafford 1 team.

Evan Houde pitched a complete game win with Travis Cole and David Dilegge leading the offense for the Hawks.

This was a great way for Brooke Point to end the year. After their surprise and thrilling run to the Commonwealth District Championship game during the spring, things look bright for this squad in 2010.

It was a great game all around - lead changes and both teams playing solid ball - and unseasonably outstanding weather to boot. Congrats to both Brooke Point and Stafford on jobs well done this fall.
