I was asked to post the following:

There is a 18 and over league in Northern Virginia looking for players for the 2004 summer Industrial League, all positions, definiately pitchers needed. Players must be 2004 graduates and older. This league is made up of 8 teams (currently, could be more), fields are already secure. Season starts in late May and runs till beginning of August. All games are at night and on weekends so players can work during the day.

League is primarily made up of current and former college and pro players, but you do not have to be on a college roster to play.

Any player rostered by Christmas has a guaranteed indoor arena to workout this winter at no charge.

Please send me a PM if you are interested or need more information and I will forward to the organizers. If the player is currently playing in college the organizer needs to know the name of the school and position.

JustMom,

My son will be graduating in 04'. He needs to find a team to play with this summer. We are in Stafford County and he will be attending VMI in the fall. We would appreciate any info that you have.

Thanks,

Baseball players are smarter than football players. How often do you see a baseball team penalized for too many players on the field
