I have stood by the O's in good times and bad, can't help it, they are the team I grew up with and was really looking forward to attending several games this season but a 60% price increase for tickets at Camden Yards is pretty steep. Guess I will have to pick and chose very carefully.

Will this affect others from attending games?

My Goodness !!!!!!!! I guess the annual trip to see the Yankees series is about done ! I guess they are trying to recoup some of the wasted money on the players from the fans ! I don't care for the Orioles, but I do like the stadium and seeing the Yanks kick their behinds !

Actually, the article said that the increase in prices will effect 60% of the seats at Camden - not a 60% price increase. Price increases will vary from 9% to roughly 22%.
