Bayside 3 Landstown 2 (8 innings)

Bayside came back with Davis while Landstown countered with Butler.

Both pitchers looked good and both teams had chances to score more runs; but each left runners stranded or ran themselves out of scoring opportunities.

The Eagles 3B Robert Perkins hit a two run Home Run, ironically his sister had done the same thing for Landstown in yesterdays softball game against Bayside.

A good tight game; Congratulations Marlins.

Bayside knocked off landstown 3-2....This was a very good game.. both teams played extremely hard and intense... it was 2-0 until the fifth when Landstown's 3B hit a clutch two run bomb... it stayed that way until the bottom of the 8th when Bayside's sophomore SS Joel Justice hit a walk off single down the third base line....This was a very tight hard fought game...both starting pitchers threw very well..
