This actually happened, last year when GED10 was a freshman. We were the visiting team. GED10 was the batter, hitting in the 8 hole. Straight sacrific, not trying to drag or bunt for a hit. Late in the game, 0-0 tie. Runner on 1st, one out.

1st/3rd crash on the bunt, GED10 lays it down the third base line. 3rd base fields the bunt, throws to 1st for the out. The runner reaches 2nd base, no play. But, for some reason the runner then breaks for third base, where the pitcher is covering. 1st base throws to third, where the runner is tagged out on a bang-bang play. The play was scored a 5-4-1 DP, no sac bunt for GED10?

I would've score sacrifice allowing runner to go to second.

Out at third on a classic YOBYS (You're out because you're stupid).

It is a double play, but I would award the sacrifice for the safe advance to second.
