I am currently reading The Baseball Coaching Bible, and it is a wonderful book. I was wondering if any of you had found any other HS baseball coaching books beneficial in showing how to run a program?? I am always looking for great books/videos. I appreciate all your help.
Thanks!!
Patrick

One key from an old warhorse---BE YOURSELF AT TIMES AND BE HONEST WITH THE PLAYERS---do that and it usually all works out

There are not a better baseball book, than the one written for you self, from your mistakes, from your errors, and from your success.

Faith is to believe what you don't see; The reward of this faith is to see what you believe.

Agreed...Ron Polks playbook covers EVERYTHING. You will benefit from having this book, no doubt. It covers offensive and defensive alignments, bunt coverages, 1st and 3rd situations, complete squad practice plans, how to delegate reponsibility, etc. No book is better for what you are looking for.

Where can I buy one of Ron Polk's Playbooks? I haven't been able to find a place online that actually had any in stock. I currently have a copy that I got through interlibrary loan from my public library. It is unreal the amount of information in that book. It covers everything from fielders movement in given situations to how to test soil samples on your field and fill in bare spots and everything in between.
