I have been coach HS baseball for many years, but now in the fall I will be coaching my son's 3rd grade team. I need a place to start since I am used to the older kids. I need a simple, but very instructional book or video on coaching LL kids. I posted this on another site, but only received a couple responses. Please let me know!!!

There are going to be some very lucky 3rd graders!

Check out webball as they have all kinds of info online and also have an assortment of books.

Remember to make practices games/competition and the kids will thrive.

When I was a first time coach I went to the library and checked out 4 or 5. This ended up being my favorite:Jeff Burroughs' Little League Instructional Guide
