I am looking for some suggestions here. We are looking to add a paid coaching position to our staff. We currently have 5 paid positions for three teams.

I need to write up a letter giving reasons for the need of the additional help. If anyone could post reasons that they can think of I would really appreciate it.

Some reasons I can think of:
-Supervision of students
-2 base coaches needed, cant cover three levels with 5 coaches
-Not able to break down positions (such as pitching, of, if)

In the event of an emergency, one coach can accompany the child to the emergency room while the other coach takes care of the team.

I sometimes follow schools in my area. I will go to their web site and they have coaches all over the place with titles
Hitting coach, pitching coach, infield coach, catching coach and on and on. give me a break
