if you already have code of conduct contracts, I'm hard pressed to see the value of another one for each sport?? if ya need a separate contract to get em to wear their uni/clothes right you need a new coach all our hs athletes signed conduct contracts re conduct, substance abuse etc, spelling out infractions, penalties etc. only difference between sports was football players had a pack of "get out of jail free cards" attached to theirs. a contract signed by a minor has no value

Bee, our Athletic Code of Conduct required both an athlete's signature and a parent's signature.
