In the past I have done end of year evaluations with my returning players. These have been very beneficial to them as it focuses their summer and off-season work. I am interested in what people do for coach and program evaluations. I would take any ideas you have, but mostly what I am looking for is a template to evaluate myself as well as my assistant coaches that I can work off and change to our programs needs.
