Hey, Last year I got Nike Pro Shin Guards 17" and I think they are very comfortable and great protection. I want to get Nike Chest Protector, but I haven't gotten around to it. I need 17" chest protector, so you need to go to bplowestprices.com to get that.

All Star is a little expensive for me, Nike is around 60 for everything, so I like that.

Baseball, it is said, is only a game. True.

Yes, 1+ on the bplowestprices.com they have the All-Star LG21WPRO model for like 55 bucks or so. Much cheaper than anywhere else. It is also where I bought my chest protector a wilson one, and mask wilson A3007, too bad I can't use it on my high school team this year, and I will be getting new shin guards this year or soon, and those will be the ones I will buy. The Nike chest protector Pro GOld ones are pretty sweet, but Im not a huge fan of the memory foam stuff.

Yes, they are, sort of. They are not soft, but not firm either. THey are kind of like tempurpedic material if you have ever felt it. The foam squishes in, and the slowly releases, returning to normal shape. I do like the shoulder caps on those, so I am thinking about buying one off the web, or see if the store will sell me just the cap, because it has lots of cushioning, ande I seem to have a nack for getting foul balls off my shoulder.
