Can anyone post a link to a site that shows catchers throwing down to 2nd? I want to see a few clips of pros and be able to pause, slow-motion, and frame-by-frame, etc., so I can compare to my son's mechanics.

I've googled Pudge Rodriguez and Jorge Posado, but there's really nothing good out there, plus you can't freeze or slo-mo it.

Probably going to be a little difficult to find. I would try youtube.com and just searching for catchers. I have done so and found a few that may be helpful.

Over on the 'hand to ear' thread, there is mention of a video clip of Russell Martin that might be of interest to you. I haven't seen the video, but a poster mentions that it's a good video to watch for throwing mechanics.
