i've heard two thought on this subject, when blocking do most of you keep your bare hand behind the glove or on your side. i was always used to doing it with the bare hand directly underneath the glove, but i was just recently taught keeping it to your side and its made everything a whole lot easier. i was just wondering if any of you have any thoughts on this?

you want both hands down. This helps role your shoulders in as you lean forward to block. This helps the ball come off out in front of you and soft. And your hand is there to get ball if you need to throw of of the glove.

Just to clarify, I would be sure to get your bare hand behind the glove and not underneath it. The "fingers" of the glove hand should be straight down into the dirt. Form a wall and not a ramp.
