First I would like to say congrats to your son and his team! My son's high school team made the post season every year and it was an exciting time everytime. It never gets old.My best adive to you and your son is just to enjoy the moment.

I agree with the other moms! There's no secret advice here - just allow him and yourself to enjoy every minute of the experience. Take lots of pictures!!!

Like the other moms, I would suggest taking lots of pictures and also keeping a little record (if you don't keep a scorebook) of what teams they played, top players on those teams, etc. It will be fun for him to look back years later and take a trip down memory lane.

I am a very nervous parent only when my son pitches. I have learned that the scorebook is what keeps me into the game and focused. We have scorebooks from back in little league days and you are right, it is fun to go back and see who you played against. Good Luck in the playoffs. Enjoy the ride.

And you might want to try and avoid too much caffeine during those games ... wires the system and makes you have to go potty too often ... wouldn't want to miss any of the action.
