I was wondering, who are some of the best pitchers to ever come out of Wisconsin?

chs...I don't know, but you would do well to go to the Team One website. That question was asked about 3-4 months ago. Ask again and you'll get your answer or a reference to the old posts.

Tried to do one of those link things but kept messing up and my 12 year old is asleep.

From the Nov 14, 2003 Green Bay Press Gazette:
"College baseball

SW Missouri State lands Bonduel star

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Derek Drage, a former Bonduel High School standout who twice was an all-America pitcher at Parkland Junior College in Champaign, Ill., will play next season at Southwest Missouri State University.

Drage, a 6-foot-4, 225-pound right-hander, was the Cobras’ most valuable pitcher last season. He was 8-1 with a 1.65 earned run average in 12 starts. He walked 23 and struck out 100 in
76-1/3 innings."

He was 12-1 his 1st yr at Parkland, when they were the Natl Champs in 2002. They finished 5th in 2003.

He's a WI pitcher to keep an eye on. May make the show someday.
