I was wondering where any of the players from wisconsin or any other area that gets snow, practices in the winter. any info would be great

Most of the kids set up hitting/throwing nets in the basement or garage. There are domes for organized winter ball and high school gyms. You need tobe creative and clever to get the necessary practice time to stay in the game. Or go down to Fla and attend the Acadamy.

My son switches to football and eventually basketball to stay on his game. A lot of the skills cross over, according to him. Occassionally we'll go to Dome Sports which is a bar but lets kids in during the day to use their one batting cage. I wish there were more options up here! I am not familiar with the businesses in your town but you might want to see if any of the bars have a batting / throwing cage.

talk to your athletic director at the school to get some gym time.. my school is western kenosha held morning practices twice a week over from november till march and the start of the season
