I recently bought one these and have been using it for a couple weeks. I really think its helpful but I also see how it can hurt your game too. See the ball comes back around very slow after it is hit the first time. It never seems to pickup speed and is always the same speed. Anyone else have opinions on this machine?

I really don't think it was designed to be used for timing, It should be more looked at for hand-eye coordination, contact, and your swing.
