I just ordered the Buster 400 on Ebay. Has anyone tried it? Looking for some feedback before it gets here. It looks like a good product. Here is the link if you haven't seen it yet.
I never heard of this but you could have probally made something like this much cheaper. If its a trainer for the sweet spot buy a good wood bat and use that. Once you use the metal in a game you'll be that much better because it has a bigger sweet spot. Let us know if its worth it. I've tried great products and have bought a few duds as well.

Here is a novel idea.....How about swinging a wood bat.....sorry for being a smart a**....but come on......sorry I'm not a gimmick guy.....I feel you can do some things to improve performance but more or less you either CAN or you CAN'T......Poor investment I think.....The ball will tell you what you've done or how well you hit it......you want to stay inside the ball? ...how about off center BP......don't think a paddle would tell me any different......don't get sucked in......

Not trying to be wise......just can't stand to see people waste their money on silly gimicks that don't do any good........hard work, ability, aptitude. .......what the heck did guys do before all of these gimicks came about?.......

I understand where you are coming from, but the only reason I bought it was that I have a good friend that told me Tori Hunter, and Derek Lee were using it this offseason in their workouts. I trust my buddy, and I wouldn't have invested the money if I didn't believe that some of the best were using it. I will let you know how it works.

So far so good with the buster 400. It is really teaching my son to use the head of the bat and to use his hands, not arms to swing. It makes him be precise in his approach to the ball and makes sure he concentrates. Overall a good purchase. If you have the money, I believe it is a good investment.

Tori works out at my facility and he does use it. We ordered four of them for him about a month ago and he loves them. Craig Monroe also uses it daily. They are really good teaching tools because they force you to get the head of the bat to the ball. Even with a wooden bat, you have a tendency to drag the barrel because you can. If you drag the barrel of the bat with the buster, you hit it on the red shaft and it obviously doesn't go anywhere. Great tool. And believe me...I am the last guy to go out and buy training aids. (I invent twice as many as I buy and hate spending money on something I can make.) I do think this is well worth the money though.
I just wanted to someone to make me feel good about what I bought. I am an impulse shopper and was looking for someone to make me feel like I made a good purchase.
