I wandering what I could do to work on my hitting when I am home by myself in my garage. Would doing T work be very beneficial? is there other things I could do other than T work?

My son uses a JUGS soft toss machine and hits into a pop-up net in our garage every night.

The T is the best tool available, provides instant feedback with your swing. There is also a training aid called the Power Tube. Much like hitting a tire, it can be hung from the ceiling and utilized indoors.
