Agree.... flaw we have to continually correct is back elbow (and hands)flying away from the body before contact... Which I guess is what the "throw the knob to the ball" people want. We work hard to keep the back elbow in, except to adjust when fooled. I keep reading "throw the knob" and "stay inside the ball" from the same people... I'm not sure how you do both.??? As for your question.... still searching.
