Interesting the two attending DC Schools but residing in Maryland -- recognized as representatives from the State of Maryland (and not DC). Gosh -- this in contrary to the MSABC selection criteria -

Congrats to all the players and to the team. Maryland has come a long way.

Congrats to SJC coach Mark Gibbs and staff. Polls are great but they must prove it on the field. SJC definately plays the toughest schedule in the area.

OK I have to ask. Who is Trepfan's son. Also I have to ask another question. How many different awards are there. TPX, Gatorade, All metro, All County, All miaa, PG, etc. What do they all mean?

I am not asking this to be funny I am asking a serious question.

scout10....in reality, nothing. It's nice to be recognized and there will be plenty more preseason accolades coming out but as many have stated before and in the future it's what you do on the field and where you finish not where you're at preseason. However, congrats to all the boys recognized ! I wish them all a very successful high school season.
