Diamond Pros Baseball is sponsoring a comprehensive HS fall ball program beginning in mid-August and ending in early November. Included in this program are 2 training nights at a Harco fitness center with core/strength and speed/agility training, one night of pitching/hitting training and DH play on the weekends.
