Looking for proper technique/workout using either a snow shovel or a snow blower to increase velocity on my fastball.

Small light tosses to ensure the rotator gets work, or should I concentrate on a heavier toss working the low back and abs?

In the meantime I am thinking delegation and having my sons shovel! Big Grin

Good thing the snow is supposed to be light- I will probably be doing some shoveling. Mr. McCormick- I will be giving you a call sometime this week to discuss a good time to come to your facility.

My '05 no longer pitches but I will be throwing thousands of batting practice pitches 4 weeks from now. So I think I'll do the shoveling and let him sleep. My velo could use the help.
