The Maryland Baseball Academy is seeking qualified coaches for its U9-U14 team program. Potential coaches will have:
1. Prior coaching experience

2. Collegiate and/or professional playing experience

3. A passion for teaching and coaching youth ballplayers

College/Pro playing experience is a great predictor of coaching ability so much so that it's a requirement... why?
