My name is Brett. I have been having trouble finding a good summer team to play on this summer. I have talked to coaches of orioles 18u and mustands 18u, but both have a shopping list as a roster. I am a 1st/3rd/P from Wilde Lake high school. I am a senior and have gotten looks from a lot of D1 schools, but need to play over the summer to maintain myself come next fall. I was wondering if anyone knows of any spots on 18u or 20u teams. If anyone can put me in contact with a Columbia Red's coach or some of the other teams like Maryland Monarchs or Bulldogs. Those teams are hard to find contacts for. I would like to play for the Reds, if anyone has a connection that would help

thank you for answering back, I hope the Reds have a spot open for a kid looking to work some innings before college. I was wondering if anyone has any info on some of the low key summer teams like the Maryland Monarchs and the MAryland Bulldogs. These are teams I have heard little about

Don't know if 'low key' is a term I'd use for the Monarchs. They play nearly every day from Memeorial Weekend through about the third week in July. Bernie Walter is head coach. You can email him at bwalter@aacps.org
