Some things that people do when using/maintaining a field can drive you completely nuts.

For example, on an all dirt field, taking the drag up and over the mound which takes the infield cinder based dirt and mixes it with the mound clay while breaking down the mound with the weight of the cart/tractor.

What do people do that, while trying to make things better, messes up your field?

If you see the home team has raked the baselines from side to side, watch out for bunts.

I can't stand it when people use sand as a cure all for a wet field. I know sand is in the mixture for making a field but I'm talking about the guys who throw sand on a damp area. You get enough sand on the field next thing you know you lose the firmness of the ground.

Well our city doesn't really do a lot to keep our field nice, everyone's too busy mowing the golf course so to make things easier they decided instead of having to chalk the lines in the outfield they'd just kill the grass along the foul line to make a permanent line. ugh.

When people rake the baselines, we water the field, and then the people who raked complain about having to rake the field again.

Raking baselines side to side and people (especially other team's coach) walking over a freshly raked IF

AARRRRGHHHHHHHHHH!!
Your exactly right! Nothing hacks me off more than when our guys stack buckets together that don't fit, thereby "welding" them together.
Speaking of, does anybody have a good solution for separating said buckets?

ive heard that soaking the outer bucket in hot water loosens it up a bit. if not try rinsing in soapy water.

Tell you what Ryno...you start outfitting your buckets with lids like the one shown in the photo and your guys won't get near them, let alone stack them...

...the only exception, of course, is if they really, really gotta go!

That's hilarious!

But sadly...
The older I get, the more I think I may need to check into aquiring one of those "special" bucket lids for myself.

Bucket un-sticking; someone told me to drill holes in the outer bucket thus letting in air etc... sounded good.. did not work. I still have a couple of stuck buckets... anybody else have an idea?
