I posted this in working out. Notice the indent across the bicep muscles. This is his throwing arm. Has anyone seen something like this?

He has full use of his arm and he does not feel any weakness.

I think if this was my son I'd be headed to a Sports ortho. specialist soon!

I'm not a Doctor. But I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night.

Fortunately his teammate's dad is a sports ortho and we'll be seeing him tomorrow. Again there is no pain, no tenderness, no discomfort, no loss of strength. He does a lot of body weight strength training including push ups, pull ups and bar dips. He also does a lot of curls.

It is not as pronounced today and there is no indentation if he doesn't flex. He went kayaking yesterday which may explained the prononced indent. He has none of the symptoms for a torn or ruptured biceps muscles.

Had it evaluated today. His muscle had folded from doing pull ups. It has almost gone away on its own.
