so im working my way back into shape and i was trying to "pull" hard with my glove the other day while throwing and i felt a pain in my left side under my bottom rib in just one small spot. its been a couple days, ive taken off from working out and throwing and bothers me when i sneeze still.

anyone have any past experience with this? i have a hard time taking things slow and i think i just jumped back into things too fast and strained soemthing and itl heal up in a few days time
