I have been experiencing some elbow injury on the inside of my elbow, right in the middle of my arm. I take some ibuprofen or other pain meds and i'm fine throughout the game, but it's always there. Any suggestions on healing methods, workouts,... etc

We're going through a similar situation with my son. He has tendonitis. You need to see a doctor for a diagnosis.
How you get better varies. Some require a complete shut down period of varying time periods and some can cut back on throwing and work through it with physical therapy and anti inflamatory meds like advil.
But you really need the doc (orthopedic) to guide you.

Will it effect development of my arm, or injure it any further if I continue to play with it? I know that it's important to get it taken care of, but if it's only pain I can play through it. I play sports year-round and there really is no time that I could take off if at all possible. But if it's a real threat I guess I don't have any real choice

That answer cannot be found on a forum like this.

It doen't matter if you play year round the injury has happened now and you should get it looked at now.

Hope it's nothing too bad.

In doing some research I found the most common treatment for tendonitis (if that's what you have) is called RICE.

Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation

Sometimes this is all that is needed. Sometimes more is needed.

See a doc.

You need to get an orthopedic doctor who specializes in sports injuries before you continue playing. I don't like the location of the injury you are describing and hopefully it is just tendonitis, but only a doctor can tell you.

Okay.... I'll have to think about it, but hopefully I'll figure it out.

Yea. Make sure you get it checked out by a doctor. I had the same problem last season. I got it checked out and was cleard to play. This season the pain came back and I played through it. Now I'm looking at Tommy John and a year without baseball.

W.I.N... What's Important Now
