after pitching last saturday, i noticed i had some swelling on the inside of my elbow. There is pain on the inside of my bicep when i throw. I've been taking ibu profin and icing it. Any of yall experienced something like this?

Have your folks take you to a doctor.

Until you do that, there's nothing else to do, including throw a baseball.
