Ridge,

Give us a little more information so we can help more. Do you pitch? How long has it been hurting? Did it slowly develop, or one throw and it hurt? Where is the pain located? Front, back, top?

I do not think we have any doctors on this site.

Immediately see a sports ortho doc

ridge, while the advise and diagnosis of many on here will be well intended, the best advise you should adhere to is go to a Sports Orthopedic and have him check you out.

I would shut down all throwing until you do this.

It could be as simple (and painful) as tendonitis, or it could be the beginning of a rotator cuff tear. Without the expertise eyes of a Sports Orthopedic looking at it, xrays, mri's, etc. it's really hard to say.

Go see a PROFESSIONAL. I stayed at a Holiday Inn, but that's not enough reason for me to tell you anything other then "go see a professional".

And good luck!
