I'm a few years too old but I did once hit a respectable .417 for Plymouth State University and as far as I know I still am tied for the single game record for stolen bases. While my speed has dwindled I do make up for it in spunk. Let me know if you'd consider me for the roster.

There's something rotten in Denmark, and you can smell it all the way in Tuscany.

The web site says by invitation only. Oh!, and you can pay $250 to be considered for invitation.

There is no history of the program with regard to past players or results. Google returns no historical background on the team/program.

There is not a single contact name on the website. Checking the address on the site comes back to a Barry Jacobs, who has no baseball-related info on Google (but there are at least five individuals with that name in Denton).

But, there is a link where anybody with a credit card can donate money....which, by the way, is not refundable even if it is in excess of that players needs.

Which makes the lack of estimated cost for a player another question.

NAP, you got some splainin' to do.
