Game 1 has Maine's Luke Fernandez (15 year old stud) vs. PJ Singster (Timberlane's ace in 2009 and 2010). Both guys are top notch arms.

Game 2 has senior Kevin McGowan (Nashua North) against junior southpaw Nick Poore (Salem). This is my personal pitcher duel of the day, last year Nick Poore lead his time to a victory as he dominated the Green team in the elimination game, Poore would pitch the entire 7 inning game striking out 13 batters as he completely shut down the Green team with no runs allowed. McGowan has had a stellar year, winning pitcher of the week awards twice this season, as did Poore. This match-up has all the makings of something truly special.

Probably pitchers for the championship game if their teams advance Cole Warren, Colby Couture, Kyle Turner among others none of our coaches want to look past the first game. If you have no plans come down to Saint Anselms to see these great match ups, New Hampshire baseball at its best.
