Will be a good game. I have 2 horses in this race so.......I'll pick the Pioneers in a nailbiter 4-3 for the simple reasons that this is their 3rd year making a push for the crown and I am biased. lol

Clark on the mound doesn't hurt either.

Both Trinity games I went too this year had Garret Cole on the mound so it will be cool to see Clark pitch. I'm interested to get him on the gun. Last pitch on Saturday I had Garret at 87 MPH.

If a pitcher goes more than 5 innings in the regular season he must have 3 full days of rest. I'm pretty sure that doesn't apply in the tournament.

One pitch past the 5th puts the pitcher on the shelf for the next 3 days. Same rules apply for the tournament.

So this rain delay could impact the final game as top pitchers will no longer be available in relief on Saturday.

Londonderry has used Crutcher to close both games by throwing the 6th-7th. All pitchers are available. Carollo only threw 48 pithces in 5 innings Sat.

Carollo has had a great season, he is only a sophomore correct? Crutcher is underrated in my opinion he is solid, most of the State doesn't give him the credit he deserves, and Finnegan just gets better every time he is on the mound, he is good now but he is going to get even better. Londonderry has arms to go the distance but they have to get through Keene first. Whats scary for the rest of Class L is only one of those three arms graduates this year; Carollo and Finnegan are both back. Solid 1 - 2 punch in 2010, but lets get through 2009 first, just a side note.

That is probably why the semis & finals were scheduled for Tues/Sat. If that 3-day rule applies, the starters may not be available for closing duty on Saturday.

So, we are sure on the 3-day rule??
