MY son recieved info on attending the Headfirst Honor Roll Showcase in Richmond VA. If anyone has info on this I would appreciate it. Also does anyone have info on the Canadian Thunderbirds Can/Am tournament in Ontario

A D1 coach in the Northeast told me if his son was of high academic achievement and he could only attend one showcase it would be Head First. I can’t speak to one location vs. another.

Check headfirst posts in the past. Almost all are positive. College coaches are very accessible, they coach teams, where uniforms all day and give a brief introduction of the school to the campers. It was a great opportunity for campers to evaluate schools/coaching staff while they themselves were being evaluated.
Son received several letters and invite for visit from excellent schools/baseball programs. Exposure is very good.
It is hot in richmond in August and the food situation is not great, but hose are the only negatives I encountered.

I also recieved an invite for this, but my only question is, will it benifit me? because right now my GPA is only about a 2.4.

Head First is for top students. The top academic schools scout Head First. You better get your gpa up to 3.0 if you want four year programs to look at you.
