In case you missed it ..... Jacob Legg notched his first collegiate victory over the past weekend.

Way to go J Legg! clap

quote:
Jacob Legg (1-0) picked up the win for UAB after coming on in relief of Blazer starter Grant Addison in the top of the sixth inning. Legg worked four innings and gave up two runs on five hits, walked two and struck out five.

Hey bamabomber,

Thanks so much for passing the info about my LHP. Also tell your son congratulations. I know it has been a tough road for him but his perserverence has paid off. I know that you are a proud Papa. If you talk to anyone else the LHP will probably pitch this Saturday in the Sand Mtn. Classic Tourn at 5:30pm

Thanks, everyone. Jacob threw well and is 98% back at this point. It has been a long tough ride to this point for him, but he is a better man today because of it.

Jacob moves to 2-0 on the year as he pitched six innings and gave up two runs on five hits, walked two and struck out four.

Coach, Larry Giangrosso said "I thought Jacob Legg just really pitched outstanding today". clap
