Rockford Riverhawk Labor Day tourney is for ages 16-18....

all but 2 of the white sox 18's will be going off to college to play ball so, they will not be able to go. however, the 17's should be there. don't forget about football van ripple. the 18's are in myrtle beach defending a title they won last year as 17's and they are in the final game today at 3:30, good luck fellas wish i was there with you. Colin Bates threw a 5 inning no hitter and won 13-0 12 k's 3 ground outs.....who says he's not the best pitcher in this state? he deserves everything he has gotten to this point and what a great student also...i keep saying it over and over, get the grades up and the rest will take care of itself....grades=dollars

hopefully they will also be going off to college to take a few classes. What title are they defending? Is this the sox team that the 17 hurricanes played a couple of weeks ago? I agree Bates is one of the better pitchers in the state.
