Does anyone know of any 18+ teams in the north suburbs, around the Gurnee area, still looking for players? I'm currently playing on the Northwestern club team, which consists of fairly competitive D3 type competition. I'm 20yo, 6'0, 190 lbs and play 3b. I will be working at Abbott this summer and would like to find something around that general area. If anyone has any suggestions just let me know.

What are you going to be doing at Abbott this summer? Internship? Just curious....son was interested in Hospira. Son has played for the Cicero Pirates in the MSBL the last two summers.

i play in the msbl right now and its a great league. kind of sketchy at times with the alignment of the teams but overall a solid place to play.....great fields and great competition depending on the level you play in

Sounds like your going to have an interesting summer. Son changed his major from Biomedical Eng'r'g. to Biology (Cell or Microbiology - wants to do research) with a Biomedical minor.

There are so mnay options with the adult baseball around in the summer you should be able to find a team with no problem. If you need anymore info., you'll find it here, or you can PM me.
