Where are the rules for what can be discussed and what cannot be discussed on this?

Is this question asked with the zeal to gain knowledge or the zeal to make trouble?

It's really pretty simple.

Number #1 rule is common sense!!!!! We are on "High School Baseball Web" ya know High School kids ages 15-18. We should be setting examples.
