The "tournament registration" pages will read 3 game minimum, that is from 2007 and will be changed for 2008 as all events will have a 4 game minimum in 2008. Thank you for pointing that out. But yes, all tournaments in 2008 are 4 game guarantees and teams advancing to the semi-finals and championship rounds will play 6-7 games!

Thanks again and let us know if you have any other questions. Contact info is on the site under the contact us page.

I only saw one 15U tournament listed. You mentioned a 14-18U at Wright State. When is 15U playing? Will you be adding any more 15U tournaments in Ohio or Indiana?

Good Eye -

We will likely add another 15U event in Indiana, working on finalizing the date though. Many of the 15U teams are playing at the 16U events, we will likely pool the 15U teams up with each other during pool play. Most events are 14U, 16U and 18U though. I will keep you posted, or continue to check the website for more information. Thanks and let me know if you need anything else.

Last year we had 20 teams in attendace. Teams came from MI, IN, Il, OH, KY, MO, and AZ. This year it is limited to 15 teams and is a 4 game gurantee. The first 12 teams will play on IU's Sembower Field.
We will expect 10-15 schools in attendance. Ranging from Div 1 through Jucos. We would love to have you thanks.

Just some updates as we have added some new events over the past week or two with another event or two likely to be added shortly!

Indiana University - Events filling nicely!

Butler University - These are picking up quickly with teams coming in from as far as SD and NJ!

Wright State University - Always great events with 20-30 teams at each event in 2007 and we had over 20 D1 schools in attendance during 2007 (38 total scouts at the 18U event).

U of Michigan - 20 teams coming already including DBAT from Texas and several of the top Midwest programs.

Oklahoma State University - Huge events in 2007, 30 teams at each age division and likely to take more this year with the first 30 having atleast 1 guaranteed game at OSU. Very competitive and tough events!

Mesa, AZ National Championships (14-16) - Teams coming from IL, AZ, TX and NJ already.

Old Dominion - Great location at the beach and filling nicely as well, likely will use 2 or 3 college fields here!

Winthrop University - If you haven't been to their field it is awesome! Really looking to see several Midwest and Northeast teams in attendance as well!

Wichita State University - Recently Added and filling quickly. Great facility as well.

Locations in Texas and California coming soon. All baseballs provided all the time! Just some updates, thanks.

Are the registered teams updated for these pretty often? Just checking because my son's team is entered.

Relatively often, usually based on the coaches that have confirmed and/or paid for the event already. What event are you looking at and I can tell you exactly who is coming. Thanks.

Yes, and we (D-BAT) are very excited about coming to Ann Arbor to face some of the best competition from the North! Also looking forward to playing at Michigan's beautiful stadium!

Saline will be used during the tournament as well. Their complex is very nice. We are working on one other location as the event has all but filled up already with another 10-15 teams wanting to attend! Should be a great event, especially with the competition level attending. Happy New Year to everyone!
