Something here seems amiss. Wink And congratulations to the little Collin County team on their win!(Even though there is nothing little about them.) I wonder why they had all the Texas teams on the same side of the bracket?

YOUR McKinney Marshals won 10-1 against the Alb. Baseball Club tonight at ASU. Parrent and Fails combined for the win with Austin Elkins hitting a dinger over the left field wall...

Get some sleep,

Cade please make sure you capitalize OUR as catcher did YOUR. Best of luck to the Texas teams. Congrats to Ballew for 5 tough innings and a well pitched game.

A line taken from Catcher, get some sleep.

Unfortunately I am not able to be out in Arizona for this tournament, but I am in contact with about 10 people who are. There is no question that Texas is very well represented out there!

I had the pleasure of coaching several players from Texas on the AABC team at the Tournament of Stars the past couple years who are out there (Swagerty, Turley, Walsh, etc). Not only are the good players, but good respectful young men as well. Other then when they are playing our Braves, I wish these guys luck.

D-Bat is rolling right now and will have Turley well rested soon. They are going to be tough to beat!

I'm glad that this forum is jumping as it gives me another way of following what's going on out there.

Keep this thread going.......

Steve, thanks for the kind words for our Texas teams. I'm sure we will see your 16U team here at the MMWS.

DBat pitching tonight vs Renegades:

T. Ballew 5ip, 4h, 3r (2er), 6k, 2bb
P. Beck 1ip, 0h, 0r, 1bb
S. Heathcott 1ip 3h, 2r, 1k, 0bb
Not sure of hit scoring on Heathcott. 2 hard hits
that could have been hits or errs.

Great game to watch as was DBat vs Trombly this am.

All American Prospects-2
Trombly Braves-1

Our guys fought hard all week and I am very proud of their effort. We battled until the end loading the bases in the 7th.

We are eliminated. Good Luck to the teams still alive.

DBAT looses big to Firebirds; USC LHP signee keep hitters off balance. I don't have the exact score but not close. Still alive.

The Red Baron will never quit.

I'm sure his teams won't either.
