Great organization that offers great instruction. Has really expanded as of late. My son played for Coach Tompkins and he is one of the main reasons that he is playing Division I baseball right now. He teaches the small things that help these kids get prepared for the next level, is very organized and a great baseball mind, and has a passion for the game and for kids.
Have seen some of the other coaches on their web page and seems they have some quality high school coaches in their program. You are another great addition for this program. Wish you guys the best of luck.

So far, pretty good. Hoping to have a good showing at the tryout. I have some commitments already and a few that are on the bubble. If I get the bubble guys, the pitching staff could be salty! Right now we need corner IF and corner OF's. Another MIF would not hurt! If some of those guys could pitch, even better.

And it's really hot.
Ken, I hear you. I "dabbled" in select summer baseball about 11 years ago. It was a terrible experience! I tried to play our best 9, but was told to play the 1 who's dad "bankrolled" the team. It was a huge mess and cost us a legitmate shot at an AAU national championship. Swore to myself that I'd never do it again.
Well, here I am. I will give it a try again. I have coached college kids in the summer and enjoyed it as much as any type of coaching I have ever done. I have changed alot as a coach and a person over the last 11 years so I am hoping that this will be a better experience.
If not, well, I do have a "day" job unlike some of the people that do the select stuff "full time."
I am going into this with an open mind. Not only the positive, but the negative as well.
