You can do the initial registration during your junior year, Sandy. Then all that is left (if I'm remembering correctly) is to have SAT scores sent to the Clearinghouse, complete an "amateur certification" form in spring of your senior year, and have final (post-graduation) transcripts sent.

DT, you aren't officially cleared until after your final transcripts are sent in and processed. I have heard of some kids not being officially cleared unitl fall of their college freshman year.
